Key Responsibilities

Represent the company and guide customers through their life insurance journey

Engage with qualified inbound prospects through outbound calls, texts, and emails

Provide tailored coverage recommendations based on customer needs

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles

Valid life insurance license in home state and willingness to obtain licenses in all 50 states and Washington, D.C

Strong time management skills and ability to be organized and efficient

Self-driven and proactive with a startup mentality

Available to work normal business hours in one of the four mainland U.S. time zones
