This position requires residency in the Triad area of North Carolina.

About the Virtual Programs Producer role The primary purpose of the Virtual Programs Producer is to serve as a “behind the scenes” online meeting coordinator, assisting the meeting facilitator by managing the technical and administrative aspects of the meeting and addressing any technical issues that arise, allowing the facilitator to effectively manage the meeting.
The Virtual Programs Producer will log in to each meeting 15 minutes before its official start time to ensure proper meeting setup and will normally be muted with video off throughout most of the meeting.
Duties and Responsibilities : Acting as meeting host, and managing and transferring host / co-host assignments as needed
Taking attendance
Ensuring all attendees are properly identified by name on their screens
Monitoring chat, and providing technical assistance to attendees as needed via private chat
Setting up and managing polls as requested by the facilitator
Creating breakout rooms, assigning attendees to rooms, and managing breakout room timing
Managing recording of the meeting
Managing meeting security : Monitoring attendance for uninvited / unauthorized attendees and potential “Zoom-bombers”
Ensuring that screen sharing is enabled or disabled as requested by the facilitator
Ensuring that annotation is enabled or disabled as needed or as requested by the facilitator
“Locking” the meeting if requested by the facilitator
Otherwise assisting the facilitator as requested. (This could include having a backup copy of the presentation available, providing attendees with relevant links or other info, saving copies of annotation sessions, etc)
Job Qualifications : Strong administrative and organizational skills
People-oriented : warm and friendly, with a polished interpersonal approach
Ability to multi-task and to prioritize
Proficient with computers and software, specifically Zoom and Microsoft Office
Team player attitude
Ability to think creatively
Proactive
Achieved or working toward a 4-year degree
Prior experience with Zoom and PowerPoint
