In this hybrid role, you’ll be the face of our branch, assisting customers at the counter, while also supporting warehouse operations and deliveries to ensure our customers get the HVAC / R products they need—on time and with excellent service.

Your Day-to-Day : Counter Sales

Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle incoming calls with professionalism

Provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, and specifications

Process sales orders, returns, and warranties efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized counter area and showroom

Stay up to date on new products and industry trends

Warehouse & Delivery

Accurately pick, scan (RF scanner), pack, and stage orders for delivery / shipment

Receive incoming products, verify against purchase orders, and stock in designated areas

Load / unload trucks and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely

Deliver HVAC / R parts and equipment to customers / job sites, ensuring courteous and timely service

Conduct vehicle inspections and follow safety protocols while driving and handling materials

Assist with cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization

You’re a Great Fit If You :

• ️ Have experience in counter sales, warehouse operations, or delivery driving (HVAC / R experience a plus)
• ️ Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ️ Are proficient with POS systems, basic computer applications, and RF scanners
• ️ Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• ️ Can lift up to 75 lbs and are comfortable with physical work and standing for extended periods
• ️ Are reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player
