Position Summary :

Octapharma USA is searching for a Head of Market Access to join our team. The Head of Market Access is responsible for ensuring national payer and channel customers provide appropriate patient access to Octapharma’s branded products, including the implementation of strategies to secure appropriate reimbursement. This person is responsible for 3 direct reports within the Market Access department : a Senior Director of Government Channels, a Manager of Patient Services, and a Field Reimbursement Manager.

Requirements :

• BA / BS degree, MBA or advance degree preferred
• Advanced leadership skills, including coaching mindset
• Minimum 10 years of cross function experience in pharma market with prior experience in managed markets
• Dynamic speaker / communicator
• Proven track record of market access core competencies
• Contract development and implementation
• Skilled in managing large accounts

Octapharma USA Compensation and Benefit Summary :

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $280,000.00 to $325,000.00 ; however, unexpected, and necessary adjustments or increases may result from Company annual salary increases, if applicable, and or fluctuations in the job market necessitating adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits, including parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
