Entry Level Civil Engineer

CME Associates is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Project Design and Analysis : Assist in the preparation of civil engineering designs, plans, and specifications for various infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, water systems, and land development.

Site Investigation and Surveys : Conduct fieldwork, site investigations, and surveys to gather data for engineering assessments and project planning.

Technical Documentation : Prepare technical reports, calculations, and presentations to support project deliverables and client communications.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure designs and projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, codes, and standards.

Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, senior engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals and deadlines

Qualifications

Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.

Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Certification : Preferred or willingness to obtain within the first year of employment.

Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Communication and Teamwork : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
