Join our team as a skilled Paralegal supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation. You'll play a key role in case evaluation, discovery coordination, deposition management, trial prep, and post-trial support.
What You'll Do :
- Assist attorneys with case evaluations, draft pleadings, and manage client documents
- Handle discovery processes — draft requests / responses, coordinate production, and review sufficiency
- Manage depositions : scheduling, prep, attending, and summarizing
- Support litigation database development and document management
- Conduct factual investigations and summarize medical / employment records
- Coordinate all aspects of trial prep : binders, exhibits, jury instructions, and in-court support
- Perform legal and medical research, cite-checking, and shepardizing
- Maintain case files in accordance with firm standards
- Assist in post-trial and appellate tasks, including jury polling, motions, and brief prep
What You Bring :
Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (Paralegal certification preferred)4+ years of litigation paralegal experienceStrong knowledge of litigation, discovery, and court proceduresSkilled in legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis), Microsoft Office, and case / document management systemsExcellent organization, writing, and communication skillsReliable and proactive with strong attention to detailWe are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
