Additionally, we provide janitorial services for commercial clients. Our service areas include the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area, southern Minnesota, and north central / central Iowa.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mitigation Project Manager, located in St. Paul, MN. The Mitigation Project Manager will oversee and manage mitigation projects, including fire and water restoration, mold remediation, and other specialized services. Responsibilities include inspecting affected areas, expediting project timelines, managing logistics, and ensuring project completion within set parameters.

Qualifications

• Experience in the restoration or construction industry
• Project Management and Inspection skills
• Experience in Expediting and Logistics Management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
