The Legal Assistant performs legal administrative duties for attorneys at our corporate office in Nashville.
Schedule : Full-time, M-F
Compensation : Pay range starting at $22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
What You Can Expect :
Utilizes a variety of sources such as statutes, legal articles, and legal codes to research and analyze legal topics.Drafts and edits legal documents such as contracts.Conducts fact-finding, data collection, and analysis to assist attorneys with tasks.Manages, organizes, and archives documents with software tools and technology.Performs secretarial duties that require knowledge of legal process, procedures, and terminology.Prepares documents and correspondence such as letters, electronic transmittals, and scheduling correspondence.Prepare document comparisons (i.e., redlines) and analyze distinctions.Maintains files, schedules meetings, makes travel arrangements, and submits expenses related to the same.Strong organization and communication skills, and works collaboratively with colleagues.
