Pay Information

$198,000 to $212,000 per year

About The Position

Lead a 30-resident Family Medicine program (est. 1977, full-spectrum including OB)

100% on-site leadership role (no hybrid / remote)

Supportive, resident-centered training environment

Collaborate with diverse faculty and specialists

Blend of clinical & supervisory responsibilities

Job Requirements

Board Certified in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFP)

Active or eligible for NY license & DEA

Minimum 3 years educational / administrative experience in Family Medicine

Not open to new grads, locums, or visa candidates

Base salary : $212,000 + incentives

Up to $50K starting bonus (discussed at interview)

$15K annual retention bonuses for 2 years
