This role involves managing the sales team, developing business relationships with commercial clients, overseeing inventory, and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead a sales team to meet ambitious sales targets for pre-owned medium duty trucks.
• Develop sales strategies tailored to local industries, including construction, landscaping, and delivery services.
• Build and maintain relationships with businesses and fleets in Southwest Florida.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to position our pre-owned inventory competitively.
• Ensure exceptional customer service to foster trust and repeat business.
• Oversee inventory management, pricing, and negotiations to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with leadership to create efficient sales processes for our start-up.
