Job Description

Manage and lead the preconstruction phase of commercial construction projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during the preconstruction phase. Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal project outcomes.
