• Head Softball Coach Salary : Contracted; $8,500.00 for full term July 2025- June 2026 Application Deadline : Open Until Filled Priority Screening : October 6, 2025   Position Summary : SUNY Ulster County Community College, a two-year branch of the State University of New York located ninety miles north of New York City in the Catskill Mountains, is currently accepting applications for a Head Softball Coach.
• The Head Women’s Softball Coach reports to the Director of Athletics.
• This position is responsible for the organization and administration of the Women’s softball program.

The successful candidate will develop effective and positive communication with the students, faculty, alumni, and community.   Duties and Responsibilities :

The Head Women’s Softball Coach may be assigned additional duties in support of the department's mission and goals.   Minimum Qualifications :

Capable and willing to actively plan and participate in fundraising, promotions, and other similar endeavors as they relate to the softball program and the entire Athletics Department.   And Commitment to community college goals and objectives of providing quality programs and services for culturally, socio-economically, ethnically, and academically diverse students and students with disabilities; personal qualities to work effectively and with sensitivity in a multicultural environment; awareness of and commitment to the needs of non-traditional and / or re-entry students with diverse abilities and interests.   Preferred Qualifications :
