Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (F / T) Sylvania, GA

Optim Medical Center - Screven is seeking a full time / 3rd shift RN or LPN in the Emergency Room (Third Shift 7pm-7am) for our Sylvania location. We are offering a $5,000 sign on bonus.

Job Requirements :

Primary Duties : To identify medical issues, determine severity and provide immediate support to minimize negative- long term effects and to even sustain life. Collaborate with ED providers and staff , administer treatment , charting , Discharge education to patients and caregivers, and any other duties that are needed to treat emergencies and prevent worsening of conditions

• Provides direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care.
• Meets the communication needs of patient and family.
• Provides care that

reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional

expectations, under the supervision of a registered nurse.
