The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for executing a full-scale organic engagement strategy across all social platforms, producing highly engaging video and static content, and tracking performance to drive continual improvement. This role is equal parts content creator and performance analyst—perfect for someone who loves the blend of creativity and data.
Compensation : $50,000 - $55,000
Responsibilities :
Content Creation & Execution
- Create engaging graphic and video content tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Manage both Trust Guss Injury Lawyer’s & Stewart Guss brands' social media presence, creating content for both brands
- Draft compelling captions and storytelling content to align with the brand voice
- Produce and maintain a monthly content calendar one month in advance of each new cycle
- Coordinate weekly filming sessions at the office, including creating shoot topics, overseeing filming day, taking behind-the-scenes footage, and managing expectations with the videographer
- Post social media content Monday through Friday, ensuring consistent brand presence
- Attend community and firm events to document in-the-moment content through photos and videos
- Update and take new staff headshots as needed
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Generate weekly Social Media Engagement Reports every Monday morning with insights into :Likes, shares, comments, reach, and engagement per postTop-performing posts and content typesVisualized trends over time (e.g., average engagements per post)Use A / B testing on organic posts to identify content formats and themes that perform bestDevelop systems to track ROI, visibility, and engagement across platforms, helping triangulate efforts toward resultsHelp build an automated reporting pipeline and feedback loop for continuous optimizationStrategic Contribution
Work closely with the Marketing Director to align all content with brand strategy and firm goalsSuggest data-driven strategies to improve reach and engagementSupport a data-first marketing culture where every move is tracked, measured, and refined for maximum effectivenessMaintain organized content libraries, analytics dashboards, and tracking sheets for transparency and optimization
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)1–2 years of professional experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organizationA portfolio of social media content or campaigns is a plusStrong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X / Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, etc.)Knowledge of social media best practices, analytics, and trendsExperience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)Strong copywriting and storytelling ability with attention to voice and toneAbility to interpret data and analytics to optimize content performanceUnderstanding of content strategy, branding, and community engagementHighly organized with strong attention to detailCreative thinker with a passion for digital trendsSelf-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative team player with a positive attitudeAbout Company
