Hospitality Temp
Addison Group is partnering with our client, a prestigious professional services firm, to hire a Hospitality Temp for a high-profile office in Midtown Manhattan. This role supports day-to-day hospitality operations to ensure a professional and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
This is an on-site, part-time opportunity for an organized and personable professional who enjoys creating a polished and comfortable office experience. The position will support food and beverage coordination, meeting setups, and general facilities support within a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate food and beverage setup, delivery, and cleanup for internal meetings and client events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of caf areas, executive kitchens, and wellness spaces.
- Replenish supplies in restrooms, breakrooms, and other shared office areas.
- Conduct weekly inventory of hospitality and office supplies, submitting order requests as needed.
- Monitor and maintain the presentation of the main lobby and shared spaces throughout the day.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in hospitality, facilities, or corporate office support preferred.Proficient with Microsoft Teams and basic spreadsheet tracking.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in presentation and timing.Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.Flexibility to handle a variety of food types (including pork and other proteins).Additional Details :
