job_description.job_card.job_descriptionReview and process high volumes of client and customer payments received through various channels, including check, wire transfer, and electronic funds Verify accuracy of batch information and resolves discrepancies in a timely manner Post payments to client websites correctly Upload payments into internal systems accurately and efficiently Verify that the applied transactions reconcile to the client and customer provided total Ensure payment, adjustment and denial transactions are accurately posted and reconciled according to department and company specifications and in compliance with regulatory requirement Collaborate with other departments to ensure payments are processed according to clients’ requirements Meet productivity and quality measures set by leadership Work within multiple databases to load data, run queries and perform reporting Retrieve data from third party billing servicers Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word Strong 10-key and typing skills Strong reconciliation and analytical abilities, data entry skills with ability to process transactions accurately Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently Flexibility to adapt well to change Positive attitude and team-oriented approach Effective organizational and time-management skills Demonstrated ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict deadlines Prolonged sitting at a computer workstation High School Diploma or GED required
