We are offering a $3,250 sign-on bonus ($1,625 upon hire and $1,625 after 6 months of employment) to hired Full Time candidates.

Hourly rate is $21-$22 an hour.

The NEEDS Center is a non-profit company dedicated to supporting adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are currently hiring 4 Direct Care Support Professionals. In this role, you'll support adults with disabilities in daily living, helping them build independence and improve their quality of life. No experience is necessary. As a new employee, you are provided with a paid 7-day Orientation and will receive training on CPR / First Aid, Safety Care, and Medication Administration Program (MAP). You will also receive program-specific training at your work site.

Full-time and Part-time positions available in our residential home in :

• Orleans : These positions are primarily either second shift, overnights, and / or weekends at one of our group residence homes.
• Sandwich : These positions are primarily either second shift, overnights, and / or weekends at one of our group residence homes.
