Process Accounting – Team Lead

Position Summary

Credit One Bank is looking for a Process Accounting team lead who will be primarily responsible for overseeing the In-House Payment processing. This includes quality monitoring, team training, and providing feedback to the In-House Payment team. This position will also serve as a back up to other team members responsible for allocating and ensuring the completion of tasks to the Process Accounting representatives, including but not limited to adjustments, transactions, and payments to credit card accounts. The individual must demonstrate high proficiency in the many aspects of the daily functions of the department and will be responsible for importing, transforming, and validating data with the purpose of creating robust processes that allow detailed analysis and monitoring of the department's KPIs.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Make recommendations to the department supervisor on any matter affecting productivity, efficiency, service, or problem resolution.
• Data entry
• Oversee the distribution of work relating to In House Payments (prioritization when necessary).
• Oversee payment balancing logs performed by the team.
• Handle complex or special handling requests.
• Review and validate customers’ activities.
• Prepare payments for deposit / transmission.
• Track and manage all In House Payments reporting.
• Exercise reasonable judgment in performing duties while maintaining processing and quality standards.
• Process customer adjustments related but not limited to payments and fee adjustments.
• Assist with special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
