Commercial Construction Project Manager
Salary : $110,000–$140,000
Type : Direct Hire
Location : Medford, OR (projects within a 3-hour radius)

A well-established design-build commercial general contractor with a long-standing reputation for quality and community impact is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Southern Oregon team. The company delivers diverse projects across sectors including education, higher education, healthcare, public works, commercial, and industrial, and is known for its strong client relationships and commitment to integrity.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and relationship-driven Project Manager who thrives on leading teams, solving challenges, and managing high-quality projects from start to finish. Projects typically range from $2M to $20M, with opportunities to oversee multiple smaller projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead all aspects of project delivery including estimating, scheduling, and closeout
Manage project budgets, buyout, and change orders
Oversee project financial performance and reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
Supervise superintendents and ensure jobsite safety and quality standards
Lead project meetings and coordinate all documentation and communication
Mentor and support project staff
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
Experience managing projects in education, higher education, healthcare, public works, or PEMB sectors
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Willingness to travel within project region as needed
