A company is looking for a Compliance Coordinator who will ensure overall contractual compliance and support various departments in compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Create and monitor compliance tools and metrics to ensure adherence to contractual obligations
Investigate member appeals and oversee the performance improvement plan process for transportation providers
Facilitate internal and external audits, providing necessary support and documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or G.E.D
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Experience managing multiple priorities and initiatives with stringent deadlines
Previous experience in contract compliance and / or operational auditing role preferred
Basic understanding of SQL and / or XML preferred
