$20.00 to $24.00 hourly rate, depending on experience

Our Maintenance Painter play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents and the value of their properties by :
- Perform the duties of performing routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently and that the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as pool maintenance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs to ensure that the building is properly maintained.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance and repairs on systems & equipment as needed.
- Primary functions will revolve around the painting needs of the community, where skills and knowledge of types of paints, with the proper applications, safety, and upkeep that is needed.
- Along with a focus on paint, the best candidate will also possess knowledge of drywall installation and finishing of surfaces.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
