Security Professional Unarmed Patrol Financial Institutions

As a Security Professional Unarmed Patrol Financial Institutions in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within financial institutions, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with staff and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation. Pay Rate : $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTime

Mon 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Tue 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Wed 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sat 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sun 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist visitors and employees with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
  • Follow post orders and Allied Universal protocols specific to the financial institution environment.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Have a minimum of three years combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
  • Provide proof of a high school diploma or General Education Diploma.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
