$300 Sign-On Bonus (First shift must be worked within 7 days of hire; 80 hours required to receive bonus)

About the Role :

NurseCore is currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in the Santa Barbara area to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in the home. We are especially looking for CNAs who are available to work weekends , as those are our most in-demand shifts.

Responsibilities :

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Provide personal care : bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

Monitor and report changes in patient condition

Support clients with special needs

Maintain a safe and clean home environment

Communicate with the supervising nurse and care team

Requirements :

Active California CNA license

1 year of CNA experience

Current CPR certification

TB test or chest x-ray (within the past 12 months)

Physical exam (within the past 12 months)

Experience with special needs clients required

Weekend availability required
