Role : Scrum Master with Pharma domain

Location : Jersey City NJ (Onsite) (local candidate only)

Duration : 12+ months contract

Rate : $50 / hr on C2C

Job Description

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.

Act as a servant leader, driving team collaboration, and coaching Agile principles.

Assist Product Owners with backlog refinement and sprint planning.

Ensure sprint releases stay on track and update agile planning tools.

Collect and provide relevant data and metrics for sprint accomplishments and opportunities.

Attend Scrum of Scrums meetings to synchronize across teams and resolve blockers.

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of Pharma services.

Drive continuous improvement by coaching the team to own and improve their processes.
