- Hours : 6am to 2 : 30pm
- Every other weekend / holiday required
- Current CNA certification is a must
- Additional $2.50 / hr location premium

Job Summary
The Senior Nursing Assistant serves as a skilled caregiver to residents during shifts in long-term care. In this role, you will :
Provide resident-centered nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding, while promoting a positive and respectful environment.Help with patient transfers and repositioning using proper techniques.Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meals and ensuring a positive dining experience.Document care and monitor residents' conditions, reporting changes to the charge nurse.Assist with routine health checks, including obtaining vital signs and collecting non-invasive specimens.Maintain cleanliness in living areas and assist with housekeeping tasks.Encourage residents to participate in wellness and recreational activities and provide support for those programs.You may also be responsible for restorative nursing tasks and documentation.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.Minimum age of 16 and two years' experience in long-term care preferred.CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing is required.Maintain yearly competency testing and continuing education; a minimum of 12 hours annually is expected.May be required to complete Restorative Nursing training within 6 months.Possession of a valid driver's license may be required, depending on responsibilities.Benefits
