Job Description

We are a personal injury law firm seeking a full-time Case Manager with at least one year of prior experience in personal injury cases.

Job duties include :

  • Working closely with attorneys to assist clients with personal injury claims and lawsuits
  • Communicating with clients regarding the needs and progress of their cases
  • Gathering medical records and other relevant evidence
  • Coordinating with auto insurance adjusters, medical providers, and health insurance companies to process claims
  • Assisting attorneys with case-related tasks, including drafting letters and settlement demands

    • Spanish speaking and previous experience using Filevine is a plus.
