The Core Platforms team delivers the essential services and foundational infrastructure that power Oracle Cloud Infrastructure(OCI), enabling global customers to operate securely and efficiently in a rapidly evolving, multicloud environment. As a Distinguished Architect, you will provide visionary leadership to guide the technical direction and architecture across several critical domains. You will drive the design and deployment of cutting-edge multi-cloud solutions that allow customers to run workloads seamlessly across Oracle, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, ensuring the highest standards for performance, security, and interoperability. You will set the strategic course for our commercial systems, making cloud billing, subscription management, and cost optimization transparent and easy to manage. Responsibilities
As a Distinguished Architect and Technical Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction for this organization. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams across these domains, define architectures, establish best practices for integration, and guide the adoption of modern cloud technologies. You will be responsible for designing solutions that operate at enterprise scale, meet rigorous performance and security standards, and advance Oracle's mission as a leader in cloud innovation. As a thought leader in this role, you will work cross-functionally to influence broad technology and business outcomes, deliver customer-centric innovations, and help position OCI at the forefront of the cloud industry.
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of technical leadership experience
Experience managing a large portfolio of projects across multiple businesses
Experience solving ambiguous problems across multiple technical domains
Executive level written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write and critique documents
Preferred Experience
Previous experience as a technical advisor in a large-scale environment
Experience in each of the foundational domains

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $184,400 to $394,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
