Seeking a reliable, hard-working Construction Laborer with proven construction experience to join our metal fabrication and construction team. This role involves assisting with fabrication projects, concrete work, material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation. You will work both in our fabrication shop and on active construction sites, performing hands-on labor that keeps projects moving safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Assist fabricators / construction crews with material handling and fitting
- Sand, grind, clean, and paint metal surfaces
- Site preparation, demolition, excavation, and debris removal as needed
- Load, transport, and organize materials
- Maintain clean, safe work areas in shop and on-site
- Operate basic hand and power tools
