Duties and Responsibilities

Conducting initial and / or ongoing client assessments, which may include ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS.

Developing comprehensive programs and behavior intervention plans.

Providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Supervising the ongoing ABA programs, assessing program performance, and making adjustments as needed.

Delivering ABA training to parents / caregivers and cultivating strong, and supportive relationships.

Compensation and Schedule

Pay Range : $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Schedule : Full-time, Hybrid & Remote options

Quarterly bonuses and additional bonus opportunities

Skills and Qualifications

Possession of a Masters Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
