We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will primarily focus on production-related tasks within our firm, contributing their expertise to ensure efficient and effective case management. This position offers a hybrid to fully remote work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the production workflow of immigration cases, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare filings for various immigration processes, including but not limited to deportation proceedings, asylum, visas, green cards, and naturalization.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior attorneys and support staff in handling immigration cases, offering mentorship, and ensuring their professional development.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and problem-solve complex immigration matters, leveraging your expertise to achieve positive outcomes for our clients.
• Stay abreast of changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies, and integrate updates into our case management practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case progress and client communications for effective case management and reporting purposes.
• Conduct consultations with clients as needed to assess case requirements and provide legal advice
