IT Business Analyst

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst (General Applications) (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Support the intake, review, and prioritization of new application requests, including cybersecurity and technology assessments

Provide application administration and end-user support for a portfolio of niche business applications

Partner with IT Security and Governance teams to ensure compliance for new technology and vendor requests

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in IT business analysis, application administration, or similar roles

Strong understanding of application intake, governance, and cybersecurity review processes

Experience supporting SaaS or niche applications

Familiarity with Infor ERP reporting is a plus
