  • We are looking for a performance-obsessed, future forward head of client engagement to drive strategic client partnerships across a wide range of industries. This executive role will be pivotal in shaping agency growth through trusted client relationships, exceptional team leadership, modern marketing practices and a strong focus on business development within the digital advertising space.

    As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee the client engagement team and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. You will serve as a senior executive across all agency business , ensuring that our clients receive forward-thinking strategies, seamless execution, and measurable business outcomes.

    • Responsibilities & Success Criteria
    • Drive Client Growth & Retention
    • Lead the charge for how we retain and grow client relationships and business - ensuring we stay ahead of client needs -deliver integrated value, and embed a culture of proactive, growth-oriented partnership across the agency. Drive client growth and retention : Act as a growth consultant and senior advisor to senior clients - identifying opportunities, leading strategic conversations and outcomes, helping clients navigate ambiguity and guiding them through digital and organizational transformation.
    • Deliver business outcomes : Ensure all client work is measured against performance outcomes - driving results including ROI, conversion, lifetime customer value, and business impact - both short term and long term. Performance outcomes are relevant to both client and agency business and will be measured as such.
    • Lead integrated strategy : serve as the strategic bridge across digital and web services - ensuring client engagements are cohesive, insight-led, and fully aligned to the customer journey.
    • Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional work : align internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution and a seamless experience across business touchpoints and service lines. Understand the full ecosystem in which our clients operate including GTM plans, competitors, products and economic conditions impacting their business.
    • Champion AI enabled marketing : Help each client understand and leverage AI for better personalization, automation, and performance across their marketing stack. Lead AI roadmap efforts for all clients in partnership with cross functional leaders.
    • Act as a strategic change agent : guiding transformation within the organization through thought leadership, modernized capabilities and bold innovation. Serve as a growth catalyst and mentor for the next generation of leaders, helping them grow, evolve and adapt in a rapidly evolving industry and digital agency landscape.

    • Provide clear direction and leadership as our business evolves and grows across all aspects of client and agency business.
    • Business Development & Growth
    • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts, aligning agency capabilities with evolving client needs.
    • Drive client retention equity by ensuring and managing client satisfaction across all levels of the client organization. Retention equity will be measured by NPS scores, business cross-sell and upsell and client referral.
    • Actively participate in leading new business development efforts, including pitch strategy, proposal development, and relationship cultivation.
    • Partner with the leadership team to translate agency vision into tangible objectives and strategic priorities for all employees and relevant partners.
    • Drive partnerships that accelerate our ability to be a broker of capabilities to deliver unanticipated solutions for clients.
    • Operational & Financial Oversight
    • Manage and direct account profitability expectations, resource allocation, and overall financial health of client engagements. Deliver against established growth KPIs across all clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of work that consistently exceeds client goals, agency expectations and overall speed to value.
    • Champion continuous improvement that supports scalability, efficiency, and client positive client outcomes.
    • Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field
    • 10+ years of experience in client leadership roles within a digital or integrated agency environment, with a proven track record of driving client growth, satisfaction and retention. Deep expertise in modern marketing including data-driven capabilities - with a demonstrated ability to connect channels into unified, customer experiences for our clients customers. Proven success in leading high-value client relationships and delivering impactful business outcomes across a wide variety of channels and industries.
    • Proven success as a strategic advisor to clients, with the ability to guide digital transformation, anticipate client needs, and align solutions to broader business goals.
    • Strong commercial acumen including experience managing multi-million dollar portfolios, identifying cross-sell and upsell, and contributing to agency revenue and growth margin goals.
    • Natural leader with a collaborative approach, high emotional intelligence, and a steady presence, navigating ambiguity and leading in times of change and transformation.
    • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to inspire cross functional teams, influence internally and externally, and orchestrate integrated delivery across teams. Fluency in performance analytics and marketing measurement with the ability to translate data into actionable insight and value-based conversations.
    • AI curious and innovation forward with a working knowledge of how emerging tools can be applied to elevate marketing performance and customer experience.
    • Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to build trust, navigate complexity, and represent the agency with clarity and confidence.
    • Job Type : Full-time

      Pay : $180,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
