A company is looking for a Customer Reliability Engineer III.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve customer technical issues via support tickets and real-time interactions
Act as a liaison between customers and the engineering team, leading incident responses and postmortem reports
Coordinate with other teams and lead business reviews to enhance customer satisfaction and support processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical customer support, system administration, or related roles
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience
Experience with production-level virtualization platforms and / or cloud providers
Proficiency in understanding and updating code and scripts
Deep knowledge of Git and GitHub administration
