Overview

The Role : Veeva provides training and certification programs to grow and validate the knowledge of those who use, implement, and manage Veeva technology and data solutions. As a technical instructor, you train and educate learners through a comprehensive curriculum and a wide range of training programs, elevating their skill set to succeed in roles ranging from platform architects, developers, and administrators to business analysts and super users. You will deliver and manage these programs, serving as both a product expert and an evangelist to enable learners to leverage Veeva products to their full potential.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging learning experiences with classroom management and audience engagement in a primarily virtual environment, with potential to travel on-site
• Proactively maintain, develop, and strengthen training delivery expertise and technical product knowledge
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and the technical curriculum development team to develop, refine, and maintain the training program
• Participate in and lead initiatives that support Veeva's business goals and improve learner experience
• Demonstrate accountability and initiative in identifying enhancements to training delivery and content
• Work with leadership to promote continuing development through ongoing learning opportunities and delivery strategies
• Provide ongoing support to trainees through Q&A, office hours, and troubleshooting
