Reports To : Production Supervisor

Job Summary

Safely produces quality expanded Polystyrene bead to meet production requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operates expanding and peripheral equipment.
• Completes production reports.
• Notifies Supervisor of any problems related to product, process or quality.
• May assist the Lead Expander or Supervisor with daily shift production schedule.
• Complies with safety, quality, ISO 9001, housekeeping standards and company policies.
• Perform other duties as required by Supervisor requiring essentially the same skills.
• All other duties as assigned.
