Start : 10 / 13 / 2025

End : 04 / 30 / 2026

Pay Rate : $28.16 / hr

Shift / Hours : Monday to Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM

Job Summary :

The Inspector is responsible for testing and verifying purchased materials, components, and products to ensure compliance with documented standards. This role supports quality systems by conducting inspections, recording results, and assisting with corrective action processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections according to policies and procedures

Operate test and measurement equipment as documented in procedures

Record inspection and test results per written instructions

Document and track non-conformances in the Non-Conforming Material Review system

Collect and analyze data for First Article inspections and GR&R studies

Support special testing requests and assist engineers / technicians as needed

Recommend process and procedural improvements; submit change requests when applicable

Train other Inspectors as assigned

Support divisional initiatives related to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)

Required Experience :

Previous experience in inspection, testing, or quality control

Ability to operate standard measurement and testing equipment

Strong documentation and recordkeeping skills

Nice-to-Have Experience :

First Article inspection experience

Familiarity with GR&R studies and data trending

Experience training others in quality / inspection roles

Required Skills :

Visual and dimensional inspection proficiency

Documentation and data entry accuracy

Compliance with policies and regulatory standards

Preferred Skills :

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Effective teamwork and communication

Initiative in identifying quality / process improvements

Additional Skills :

Ability to adapt to changing divisional initiatives

Knowledge of QMS and EMS compliance standards
