Dental Billing Administrator

Compass Dental Services is a group practice that consists of Orthodontic, Pediatric, and GP Dental offices. We are locally owned & operated & seeking experienced individuals to join our team. Responsibilities : Working from our centralized support office in Overland Park, KS, supporting 9 dental practices' insurance billing & collections. Reviewing ledgers, gathering appropriate information & assist with conversations to bring patients up to date on financial statuses. Enter patient financial activity in computer. Verify & record accounts receivable activity. Follow up on insurance claims. Follow up on delinquent accounts. Arrange payment schedules with patients. Work with 3rd party vendor handling insurance verification, billings, receivables. Experience using dental software such as Orthotrac, Open Dental, Dentrix is a huge plus.
