About The Role We are seeking an Experienced UXR to help uncover insights that shape product strategy and deliver meaningful experiences to our diverse user base. In this position, you’ll work closely with design, product, and engineering teams to create a deep understanding of our audience’s needs, uncover opportunities in the marketplace, and add measurable business value. You’ll conduct primary research, evangelize user-centered design practices, and help us democratize research across monday.com. This is a unique opportunity to see your research make a real change in the way teams execute and define product direction.
While your expertise spans the full breadth of UXR, experience working with AI-enabled or data-driven products will give you additional perspective on how emerging technologies can best serve users.
Your Experience & Skills 3+ years of professional experience in user research, with a proven record of shaping product outcomes.
Background in working with cross-functional, agile teams.
Demonstrated impact of research insights on product direction.
Experience in driving UXR impact with in ambiguous product spaces
Proficiency in multiple research methods, and judgment to know when to use them.
Clear and effective communication skills, able to distill complexity into actionable insights.
Experience working with AI- or data-driven products is a plus, but not required.
Degree in HCI, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
