About the Facility Location Its located in South Texas, a few hours from major cities like San Antonio and Houston, and near the Gulf Coast. About the Clinician's Workday The Psychiatrist will diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders, conduct assessments, and document clinical encounters for residents with intellectual disabilities using electronic medical records. This role involves collaborating with the medical services team to ensure full compliance with the Department of Justice Settlement Agreement. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to justify medication use, and the capacity to work effectively in a team and interact appropriately with individuals with developmental disabilities.
