We are looking for a nurse manager who will plan, coordinate and supervise the delivery of nursing care within the treatment facility. You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways :

• Trouble-shoot problems / situations that arise on the unit.
• Help with staffing or coverage
• Supervise the medical aspects of treatment plan and implementation for each patient on the unit
• Review incident reports and follow up through established process
• Provide clinical expertise in medical management, crises and behavior management techniques
• Assist with infection control
• Monitor weekly data collected by RN's and supervisors and present trends to Director of Nursing
• Manage vendor relations and pharmaceutical services
• Manage new nurse orientation
• Assist nurse director with various duties, as designated by nurse director, including but not limited to monthly audits, checklists, communication to staff and reviewing / updating policies and procedures
• Assists in providing feedback and assuring compliance with policies and procedures that meet accreditation and licensing requirements, and implementing corrective action plans, as required.

Compensation for the registered nurse manager position is $92,000 to $108,000 annually based upon candidate experience and market expectations.
