Our client, a well-established Am Law 200 firm in San Diego, is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join their growing management-side Labor & Employment practice.

This role offers a unique opportunity for an attorney with 4 to 8 years of employment litigation experience to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling federal and state employment laws, including wage and hour, FMLA, and anti-discrimination matters.   Key Responsibilities Manage employment litigation matters before federal and state courts and agencies Independently handle all phases of litigation :

• hearings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation Provide sound legal counsel on a range of labor and employment issues Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a dynamic team environment Demonstrate initiative and ownership of cases with minimal supervision Qualifications 4–8 years of employment litigation experience, preferably on the management side Strong academic credentials and professional background Thorough knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws Proven track record of managing litigation matters independently Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary ranging from $175,000 to $250,000 Performance-based bonus opportunities Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan with employer match Generous paid time off and holiday schedule Professional development and continuing education support Why Join?
