Sanford Health Fargo is seeking BC / BE Diagnostic Radiologists to join a collegial group of diagnostic radiologists fostering a life-style practice that supports work life balance in North Dakota. Fellowship trained or experience preferred.

• Team of 20 diagnostic radiologists seeking additional on-site physicians to join their thriving practice.
• Compensation floor of $725,000, plus significant additional earning potential to exceed floor.
• Guaranteed 14 weeks vacation.
• $5,000 annual CME for a 1.0 FTE
• In addition, a six-figure retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
• No overnight coverage as there is a separate group providing off hour coverage.
• All areas of expertise are welcome. Candidates should be confident in their ability to interpret general diagnostic radiology.
