MN Urology is currently seeking a full time Registered Nurse (RN) in Woodbury, MN.

Primary Objective

To ensure the delivery of quality patient care utilizing critical thinking and communication skills. Registered nurses (RNs) are responsible for working with other healthcare professionals in various roles to provide and coordinate patient care. Assisting with day-to-day clinic operations, including but not limited to phone triage, rooming patients, in-office procedures, coordination of prescription prior authorizations, providing education and resources to patients and their families, phlebotomy, and medication and chemo administration.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; performing as dictated by MNU policies, procedures or protocols and reprioritizes care accordingly.
• Performs appropriate treatments as ordered by physician in an accurate and timely manner.
• Prepares equipment and assists physicians during examinations and treatments.
• May perform specialized nursing procedures related to the unique needs of a particular patient population.
