Key Responsibilities :
Lead and support SAP Warranty Management implementations and enhancements.
Analyze and map automotive warranty processes to SAP functionalities.
Configure SAP Warranty Management including claim creation, validation, settlement, and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, CS, FI) to ensure seamless integration.
Work with OEMs and dealers to streamline warranty claim processing and approvals.
Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement.
Stay updated on SAP innovations and automotive industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP Warranty Management.
Strong domain knowledge of automotive warranty processes.
Hands-on experience with SAP SD, MM, CS modules.
Experience in SAP S / 4HANA is highly desirable.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with SAP Fiori apps related to warranty is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
