The role focuses on capturing details, investigating causes, and recommending preventative measures to avoid future incidents.

It's a crucial part of risk management, ensuring a safer work environment.

Key Responsibilities of an Incident Reporting Role :

• Reporting to AHCA Incident Reporting System (AIRS) Submitting reportable incidents to DCF IRAS Incident Reporting and Analysis System Grievance Investigations if necessary, review of resolved grievance, log into Grievance log Incident Documentation : Thoroughly recording all relevant information about an incident, including the date, time, location, individuals involved, and a detailed description of what happened.
