Join us as a Marketing Programs Specialist!

As a Marketing Programs Specialist, you'll help turn BMC's Marketing strategy into compelling, measurable programs. You'll partner across Brand Marketing, Demand Generation, and Customer Advocacy to build crisp briefs, coordinate milestones, and maintain our operating rhythm. You'll use data and AI-enabled workflows to deliver outcomes like Return on Marketing Investment, HandRaising Moments (HRM), and Opportunity Pipeline. Afterwards, package insights for leadership so we double down on what works. If you're curious, collaborative, and want real ownership early, this role gives you visibility, mentorship, and a portfolio of programs that directly move pipeline and revenue.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success :

Support the Problem-Solving Process (PSP) : Facilitate and advance BMC's Lean-based PSP, driving rigorous, process-oriented thinking within Marketing.

Conduct Informational Interviews : Gather insights through structured voice-of-customer interviews with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Data Analysis & Framework Building : Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, propose hypotheses, and build frameworks to address marketing challenges.

Facilitate Meetings : Organize and lead PSP-related meetings, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and follow‑up on action items.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various marketing teams (e.g., field marketing, brand, social media, content, demand generation) to support process improvement initiatives.

Influence Without Authority : Demonstrate the ability to drive change and garner buy‑in across teams, even when not in a formal leadership role.

Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and enhance marketing program outcomes.

To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience supporting Lean-based PSPs or other rigorous process methodologies.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.

Structured thinker with a knack for framework building and hypothesis‑driven problem solving.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to conduct interviews and synthesize insights.

Ability to collaborate and influence across teams, especially within Marketing.

Initiative, curiosity, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.

At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at / near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $71,400 - $119,000
