Senior Financial Analyst

NEP Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to be a strong business partner to our Media Services team across the Americas. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, building & maintaining complex financial models, producing executive-level reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive support key business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting & modeling, process creation & improvement, executive communication, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• Consolidation of 8 US businesses' financial reporting into executive level presentations for US & Corporate Leadership teams including for monthly results, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, & various weekly reporting
• Create and update detailed financial models to support commercial & operational analysis such as profitability and utilization of assets, transformation initiatives, and sales pipeline tracking
• Partner with functional leaders & HR to support headcount & compensation planning, providing data-driven insights to support financial decision-making
• Consistent drive to identify process improvement / efficiencies partnering with IT & other stakeholders to enable this where appropriate
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support business initiatives
