Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality nursing with a focus on Excellence, Compassion, and Integrity.

Medication administration, document observations, intervention and evaluation.

Travel to client's home and school with the patient.

Assess and record patients' condition and chart observations.

Ventilator, trach care and g-tube feeding care.

Qualifications :

Active and unrestricted RN license.

Current CPR / BLS certification.

Eligible to work in the United States.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
