Duties :

Lead family law matters from intake through resolution, including litigation and mediation

Draft, review, and revise pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal correspondence

Appear for hearings, trials, and mediations; provide in-depth case assessments and legal strategies

Communicate regularly with clients, delivering updates and managing expectations

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with performance metrics and service standards

Collaborate on process improvements and client service enhancements

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience practicing family law in Texas; 5+ years preferred

Active and valid license from the State Bar of Texas (for at least 2 years)

Substantial courtroom experience, including contested hearings and client consultations

Skilled in case evaluation, litigation strategy, and family law procedural rules

Familiarity with client-facing performance and case management standards

Education :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications :

Texas Bar Admission (mandatory)

Skills :

Exceptional legal writing and research capabilities

Proficient in software such as Clio, TxDocs, MS Office, or Google Workspace

High attention to detail, organizational discipline, and time management

Energetic, solution-oriented, and client-focused mindset

Job Location : The Woodlands, TX
