Role Responsibilities

  • Needs Assessment and Vehicle Selection : Determine customer needs, budget, and features. Assist with test drives and explain vehicle capabilities.
  • Promotion, Sales, and Follow-Up : Negotiate pricing, financing, incentives, and follow up to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Paperwork : Submit and complete vehicle sales documentation to Finance and Insurance Producer.
  • Training and Goals : Attend product and retail seminars; obtain weekly and monthly sales targets set by Sales Management Team.
